What does the free plan include?
Free Scout is free forever, no card: you define an investment thesis and see up to 3 recommended opportunities per day with a summary of why they fit. To execute operations, contact providers or generate reports you need a paid plan.
How does the Solo trial work?
The Solo trial lasts 7 days with all features. It requires a card and converts automatically to Atalaya Solo (€99/mo) when it ends, unless you cancel first.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Solo (€99/mo) is for the individual operator: residential inventory, full operation file, offer desk and 10 memos a month. Pro (€199/mo) adds non-residential inventory, unlimited memos, Deep AI Compare 10/mo, a 3-seat team and real-time alerts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the billed period.
I have a legacy plan (Operator / Fund). What happens?
