What does the free plan include?
Free Scout is free forever, no card required: the full catalogue (every property and asset class, with exact address, photos, score, map and the bank's listing link), up to 3 zone alerts delivered daily by email, 5 saved properties and provider contact. Paid plans add the AI investment report as a PDF, comparisons, market reports, exports and real-time alerts.
How does the Solo trial work?
The Solo trial lasts 7 days with all features. It requires a card and converts automatically to Atalaya Solo (€99/mo + VAT) when it ends, unless you cancel first.
What's the difference between Solo and Pro?
Solo (€99/mo + VAT) is for the individual operator: residential inventory, full operation file, offer desk and 10 memos a month. Pro (€199/mo + VAT) adds non-residential inventory, unlimited memos, Deep AI Compare 10/mo, a 3-seat team and real-time alerts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the billed period.
I have a legacy plan (Operator / Fund). What happens?
Nothing changes: your plan stays active with its terms. Manage it from Settings → Billing.
