How does cancellation work?
No commitment period. Cancel from your management panel and keep access until the end of the billed period.

It depends on the zones and score thresholds you set. A typical active family office covering 2–3 premium zones (Madrid, Barcelona, the coast) receives 30–80 alerts/month with score ≥80, which translates to 8–15 monthly assets worth deep due diligence. You define filters (price, sqm, minimum discount, vacant possession, minimum score) and Atalaya filters for you. The rest remains in the feed without noise.
How often is the inventory refreshed?
Solvia, Aliseda, Altamira: hourly. BOE: hourly. Catastro and geocoding: every 15 min. Vision scoring: every 15 min. Source-to-terminal latency is typically <2 hours.
